Beth LaBreche

Beth is founder and CEO of LaBreche.

Beth is a seasoned communications strategist whose work has earned industry awards and brought transformational thinking into companies. Beth and the teams she leads have provided breakthrough campaigns for clients, most headquartered in the Upper Midwest with national and international business opportunities and challenges.

Beth is the visionary leader of LaBreche, setting and driving strategy and growth across the firm's three core service offerings and deep into five industry niches. She is the primary external representative of the agency, keeping her finger on the pulse of regional business issues and emerging communications trends and tools to predict and address client needs. She specializes in the areas of strategy, creative campaign development, corporate social responsibility and crisis communications.

She has been recognized as one of the Most Influential Women in Business and a Forty Under 40 award winner by The Business Journal, and an Emerging Business Owner of the Year from the National Association of Women Business Owners. She is an Alumnus of Notable Achievement at the University of Minnesota College of Liberal Arts and one of the inaugural 25 Wise Women of the Twin Cities within the Deloitte 100 Wise Women program. Under Beth's leadership, LaBreche has earned the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Blue Chip Enterprise Initiative Award and the Minneapolis Regional Chamber of Commerce Quality of Life Award.

Beth's board service includes work for the Minneapolis Regional Chamber of Commerce, Minnesota Women's Economic Roundtable, Big Brothers Big Sisters, James Sewell Ballet, International Association of Business Communicators and the University of Minnesota School of Journalism Alumni Society.
